- Scaled live course operations nearly 1,000%, from 55 courses in FY2024 to 600+ scheduled in FY2025, by collaborating with engineering teams to design automated course creation and content deployment workflows.
- Led technology vendor evaluation and selection across 6+ platforms, assessing integration capabilities, accessibility compliance, AI functionality, cost, and architectural fit. Resulted in $259K in annual cost savings through strategic platform selection while improving assessment capabilities and learner experience.

- Designed and developed custom software applications to address niche business needs: built a QA evaluation tool enabling quality review teams to efficiently assess CFA program assessments in-platform, directly enabling on-time program launch; collaborated with Instructure to deliver a custom performance/progression dashboard and practice assessment tool for the CFA program.
- Designed and developed a generative AI course in Canvas LMS with embedded AI prompting capabilities, allowing learners to interact with LLMs directly within lesson content.

LTISim - AI-Powered Simulation Engine for Education
An AI-powered educational simulation platform that enables instructors to create structured simulation scenarios with AI personas, scenarios, and rubric-aligned assessment criteria. Students interact with AI within guided, pedagogically scaffolded experiences. Architected for LTI 1.3 integration with Canvas LMS, supporting authenticated launches, per-lesson context, human-in-the-loop workflows, and interaction logging for assessment.
